Please check our website weekly, if not daily. I will check it everyday from 7-9pm to see if there are any e-mails or concerns. However, I will not check it during the weekends.
Hi! My name is Courtney Pishkur and I am very excited to work with and get to know both you and your child during this upcoming year! I am from Crown Point, Indiana and I attended Benedictine University where I majored in History with a minor in Secondary Education.
In this upcoming year, the one thing I want to stress more than anything else is the importance of communication between school and home. Feel free to contact me with a note, phone, or e-mail and I will respond as soon as possible. If you have any questions at all, do not hesitate to contact me! However, I would appreciate you not coming unannounced to my classroom before, during or after school is over, as I may not be available to meet with you. If you want to meet with me personally, I will be more than willing to set up an appointment that works for both of us.
